I didn’t start my career as a virtual Manifestor, or a Sr. Certified HR Executive - it started at rockbottom. At one point in my life, I was homeless, untethered not just in circumstance but in identity. Then I met my mentor who saw something in me, gave me tools, and helped me transform my wondering into winning; and now that baton is shared with YOU - the HR Professionals and People Leaders of today. My talent isn’t just manifesting & HR - it’s life, and the balance of abundance within it.
For nearly two decades, I’ve worked shoulder-to-shoulder with leaders through real change - not just studying policies in manuals but navigating people, pressure, timing, and the human experience where strategy meets emotion. The difference between chaos and momentum isn’t effort - it’s clarity, alignment, and knowing what to release and when to move.
Along the way, I earned my Generative AI certification in HR as my most recent accolade, not because it’s trendy, but because HR is being reshaped in real time - and I want in! At the same time, I’ve cultivated a disciplined exploration of psychology and the Universe - not “wishful manifesting,” but intentional alignment and focus that shapes outcomes just as powerfully as culture, structure, and systems. To me, psychology, strategy, and manifesting aren’t separate worlds - they’re the same operating system described in different languages.
Professionally, I’ve advised small businesses and nonprofits on workforce strategy, compliance, leadership development, and culture - helping them move from reactive to intentional. Personally, I’ve learned how mindset, self-trust, and awareness can be equal partners to policies and processes. When those forces align, progress stops feeling heavy. Decisions get cleaner. People move with less friction.
My teaching style is calm, practical, and grounded. I don’t subscribe to fear-based learning or hype - especially around AI, careers, or personal growth. I equip people with language, structure, and confidence so they can think clearly, professionally defend themselves, and trust their judgment.
If there’s one thread that runs through everything I do, it’s this: when people understand what’s really happening - inside themselves and around them - they stop reaching for their dreams and start receiving by living it!

Tashia Jennings
Tashia leads our Leadership Development program. She has 15 years of leadership, nonprofit experience and has spent the last decade working with various organizations, developing more effective formal leaders and helping aspiring leaders prepare for the next level of their careers. Tashia specializes in building leadership confidence and paralleling the importance of effective leadership and engaged team members to an organization's bottom line.
Octavia Watson
Octavia is our yearly intern. She supports small projects and administrative responsibilities for the organization. Octavia is currently in her senior year at Savannah State University, on an academic scholarship, with a B.S. in Business Administration in progress. Octavia's major is Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. She hopes to become a certified Human Resources professional after graduation.
