When interviewing, have two "impressive" terms on standby to use. For example, "extemporaneous" or ""Personal Protected Equipment". These may also be industry or field specific.

Your audience throughout life are not psyshic, they can only make decisons based upon what they can see or know.

Each generation values different communication styles. Appeal to that while interviewing.

For example: 

· X – prefers phone calls

· Y (Millennial) – Might prefer an email / text

· Z – Text & Email Apps via phone

· …Let’s see what Gen Alpha will like.

Anything coming from a ".com", means it is a commercial site where they are presenting information in a way that would contribute to an increase of sales. Rather you use ".gov", ".org", ".edu" to support you".com" source.

Reading this will do about 50% of the work guiding how you behave at work, as the Mission tells what what we are doing, vision tells us where we are going, and values tell us what is important to a company. A simple 2 minute read can truly have a positive impact on being a good fit.
